It is a small property but that was fine with me. The property is bare bones but it is very clean and comfortable. The inside room that small outside patios. The location was great! About a 10 minute walk to the train station and 15 minutes to the center. The tram is just outside the facility. It is a little hard to find the first time as it sits back in the parking lot of other buildings. Communication from the owner was very good through WhatsApp. Breakfast was just right. I plan to stay there again.

The host and the atmosphere are amazing! They were very helpful to let us check in before 11 so we could leave our things and have some rest, very lovely and friendly place, amazing room with all necessary facilities, it was possible to use the kitchen to take some dishes to enjoy the dinner in the room, it was a really calm and peaceful time there. The breakfast was really good and nutritious. Just a lovely place to stay!:)

The room and facilities were excellent. A new and very modern room and a lovely small seating area outside our bedroom. The breakfast was satisfactory and enough. Felt completely secure as access was through a secure gated entrance. Good we were able to advise our time of arrival and were able to check in

The place was clean and the bed confortable. It was within 2 minutes walking distance to a tram line that took 3 stops to get to the center. The breakfast was simple but sufficient and tasty. I really enjoyed my staying there and would definitely come back.

Really lovely B&B! Our room was big, spacious, comfortable, and had a lovely little courtyard terrace that we enjoyed sitting out on with a glass of wine at the end of a busy day in Florence. The guy who runs it is super friendly and lovely!
